How Do I Pay?
When you book your Car Service or Car Repair Online, you only pay when you collect your car, after having your repairs or service carried out. Remember the price you see online is ALWAYS the price you pay upon collection including the parts – however, this excludes any additional work agreed by yourself and the garage, not included in the service requested.

I don’t know which parts fit my car?
Don’t Worry! After your book your Car Service online, the selected garage will arrange to order the correct parts in, for the requested work. You don’t need to buy anything separately.

I don’t know what’s wrong with my car?
When selecting a service, simply select the ‘Repair’ option and include any details you might have about the problem, this will help the garage identify the problem & arrange the correct repair / replacement parts.

Can I book over the phone?
Yes, simply call our Customer Service team on 0203 788 7836 who will happily help you make your booking.

How Do I know when the car is ready?
Once your car has been repaired, quality checked & completed, the garage will contact you directly to let you know it’s ready for collection.

Can I trust the garages advertised?
We ensure that all of our garages meet our high standards for acceptance - this includes quality of work, customer service and facilities – you can also read through the independent reviews of each garage on the selection page, and once you are happy please remember to leave them the feedback they deserve.

What happens after I place my order?
Once you place your order, the garage will be alerted and will call you within 120 minutes. They will formally book you in, re-confirm the details and arrange a time for you to bring in your car.

How do I get my car to the garage?
Many of our garages offer a ‘Pickup & Drop service’ where they will arrange to collect your car from you. Simply look out for the logo on their ID tag.
Can I Cancel a service after booking?
Yes you can – simply call the garage on the phone number mentioned on the booking confirmation email, and let them know you would like to cancel your booking. Alternatively, please call our Customer Service team on 0203 788 7836.

What happens if I have a problem after collecting my car?
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your car after collection, simply call the garage on the number provided on your invoice (or booking), and discuss the details with them. All of our garages follow a code of conduct to ensure that customers are treated fairly, and any complaints are investigated and resolved immediately. If for whatever reason you are unable to resolve the matter with the garage directly, please email our Customer Service team on
